Quilters' Playcation Adventure Sewalong 2023 Month 1
We are on a treasure hunt!
My inspiration this year was the word Adventure, itself. I thought about the different kinds of adventures in life and settled on a treasure hunt for a lost treasure. Any good pirate, sailed the seas in order to hide (and plunder) their treasure. That's why the first month was all about water.
I am doing two versions of the Adventure Sewalong this year. One solid, abstract version and another, print version. I'm playing with scale in these too. As I say in the videos, I have a plan for the blocks, overall, but still have no clue what it will look like or even exactly how it will come together. That's the adventure!
